Follow up appointments
About the service
We can provide reviews of existing psychotropic medication plans for patients who already have established diagnoses. Physical health needs are always considered in this regard and we aim to develop strong links with patients’ GPs and physical health specialists (if required) to ensure physical health monitoring and investigations are carried out rapidly.
Medication plans and response to treatment can be monitored with regular follow up appointments, at the patients’ discretion.
